The NIKAMA website is an online shop with swimwear, clothes and accessories. The idea, commentary, suggestion, graphic design, labels, trademark, designs or advertisements provided on the NIKAMA website, printed or saved by you, may only be used for personal non-commercial use and remain intellectual property.

To make purchases from our online store, you must be an adult. For any transaction process in the NIKAMA online store, you must provide us with personal data, which will be used for the smooth execution of the transaction. The personal data you provide us is destroyed immediately after your order is placed and delivered, unless you have registered for our online security. 4. ORDER CANCELLATION – RETURN POLICY

You can cancel your order at any stage, request an exchange or return of the product without stating a reason. This must be done within fifteen (15) days from receipt. In case of an exchange or return, the customer bears the cost of the new shipment, unless the reason for the return is our obligation. The notification of order cancellation or return must be sent to [email protected] along with the order number, the personal information you have provided, and a contact phone number. We accept returns of products that are in the same condition as they were received, with packages unopened or undamaged, including proof of payment. (Receipt or invoice). Special conditions – Refund restrictions: a) It is necessary to send an email to [email protected] with the order number, the personal information you have provided, and a contact phone number. You do not need to inform us why you wish to replace or return the product. b) Products must be in their original packaging, as received, unopened or undamaged. c) You are responsible for returning the products unless the reason for return is our obligation. NIKAMA is not responsible for any loss of the parcel during the exchange-return process and you cannot receive a refund from us. d) The purchase must have been made within Greek Territory or Europe. The refund is only valid if the purchase was made within Greek Territory. e) All products must be returned to our main office, located at Kifisias 76, Thessaloniki, 551 34, tel. 2310 334672, for the attention of Mrs. Savvaoglou. f) If NIKAMA perceives that someone is abusing and repeatedly exercising this option, it reserves the right to refuse any future order from them.

5. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The Nikama website has the right to update and modify the terms and conditions. All the above terms and conditions will be governed by Greek laws and the Greek Court will have jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise.
