No, you can complete your order as a guest, but creating an account allows for easier tracking of your orders and faster orders in the future.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any stage before it is shipped.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return or exchange a product within 15 days of its receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Who covers the return costs?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only for purchases made within Greece.
