The products can be delivered to any place inside the Greek Territory and to the address you have declared. The product delivery is made by courier companies (ACS & Courier Center) for Greece and ELTA for the rest of the world, daily except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days for all the Greek Territory except for hard-to-reach areas, where the delivery time may take up to seven (7) business days and up to 15 days for Europe.

The customer bears the cost of transport which is calculated before the order has been completed. The shipment of an order over 40€ is free of charge within Greece. Also the shipment of an order over 200€ is free of charge Worldwide.  During sales, the buyer benefits from free shipping only if the NON discounted items in his shopping basket overcomes the amounts of 40€ and 200€ accordingly.

Responsibility for the customs clearance expenses rests strictly with the buyer of goods. NIKAMA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of products that are not due to its own fault such as strikes, bad weather etc. If NIKAMA is aware of the delay you will be informed by the e-mail you have declared.
