Products can be delivered to any location within Greek Territory and to the address you have specified. Our products are delivered via the courier company (Geniki Taxydromiki) for Greece and ELTA for the rest of the world, daily except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days for all Greek Territory and up to 10 days for Europe. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost, which is calculated before the order is completed. The customer is also obliged to pay for the “Cash on Delivery” service, which costs 3.5€ regardless of size and weight (valid only for Greece). Shipping for orders over 40€ does not include shipping costs within Greece. Also, shipping for orders over 200€ does not include shipping costs worldwide. During sales, the buyer benefits from free shipping only when the NON-discounted products in the cart exceed 30€ and 200€ respectively. NIKAMA does not cover any expenses that may arise due to customs (such expenses are borne exclusively by the customer). NIKAMA is not responsible for delays in product delivery that are not related to its own faults, such as strikes, bad weather, etc. If NIKAMA is aware of any delay, it will inform the customer via the email address they have provided.
